Necromancer summons and stats relative to your mod

It seems like the GC that necros can summon have stats that are scaled via what rank they are summoned at. My suggestion is that the rank itself operate on the mod of your skill like it is currently but in between ranks there should be some power differences based on the level of your gc mod.
