Unsure if there was a mistaken change in template or if it was by design.
Romtar mentioned it yesterday while he was penting.
The last area of grolms now all spawn as Captians.
The Grolms in the old 2nd Lieu area were 1st lieu.
I am thinking the Templates were modified or the base grolm template?
Unsure if it is a bug or by design since it was not listed in the changelog.

It is a little bit of a mystery.
I can not see any record of the grolm templates being changedas far back as I set the cgi living on.
It needs some more investigation before I can give any credible alternative of cause or consequence.

The recent change to the mob spawners also included a change that recalculated the total-pts for all NPCs, regardless of whether they had the respawn flag set.
It would appear that the logic for calculating the total pts for a character has changed over time and so the new calculation method gives higher points now for the same character skills and attributes.
So the grolm (and other NPC) skills and attributes do not appear to have changed but the total pts calculated for the same attributes and skills has changed. I am guessing that at some stage in history the assumed difficulty level changed.
This should not affect game play difficulty but it does cause an aesthetic change to the game that we will need to consider.

Pents have been change to fix the ranks.
In most cases you will not notice any difference to previous powers.
However, UW pents were seriously underpowered for their rank.
You may notice slight increases at the lower UW and a bit bigger improvement at the baron.
If you see any areas that look wrong then let me know.
We also need to look at the sewers to see if they are affected as well.
