Lag scroll bug

Minor bug with lag scroll:

Kept telling me the scroll belonged to a greenling fighter instead of telling me to use it within 4 minutes. Scroll disappeared normally

I also had it same error and time as Sigtyr

EDIT: next sync the same thing happened to me with the same error about the lag scroll belonging to greenling.

Seems to be a problem for most people actually. I had same issue just now, about 8 min ago. And seceral others have same problem too.

Got some prison tokens from pq and from end of prison(about 10 mins apart, 2nd was at like 3:40?) both were given to the same npc, different id from me.
Not every soulbound item is doing this tho, dragon armor seems fine.
Would recommend not going for many soulbound items right now as it might get wrong ownership.

I've gotten the greenling lag scroll too... Twice!

*edit*Sigtyr pointed out in game that the problems started after the champ quest had ended.. Maybe it has something to do with that?

It happened to me again at last server sync. Same owner for my lag scroll as yesterday - Greenling.
