Waypoints + gctome is broken

Waypoints are now instant, which is very nice.
But since then, so it seems, the gc doesn't come when using /way.
Mine stays at clan portals.
I tested with a teleport scroll from the sage: that time the gc does follow to the new portal.
Tested with gctome turned off, that didn't solve it either.
