How it would work:
Staffer/Imp/Build/God walks to Olga and says STAFFER
Olga gives a reward menu to specify the reward.
Staffer says "COMPLETE" to generate reward into their inventory with some kind of accountability log in the background
Staff can run ad-hoc event or reward off the cuff rewards as needed.
Limited to x amount per week or something like that
