Were is Pent # 145

Just curious, i was doing a quick mapping and can't find it. Mapped 140-144 and 146-148
Pent numbers are auto assigned on creation. If you delete one lateron, then the numbers aren't adjusted.
I think there are a few missing, that must be one of them.
There is one missing at ltcol/col, for sure. 145 sounds about right.
