Reusable rings

Add a npc that can remove&replace an old gemstone with a new one you provide for fee.

certainly be useful if you use rings to spell up etc, would be more utilised than the monster lotto or casino or whatever useless crap currently in game

Could be useful for when the gem gets fairly old. Sanchez has a point, this would save the golden ring haha!

Casino gives a purpose if you have mass gold since there is no other outlet for it.

Monster lotto needs to be fixed and is on the list.

Except for you're better off giving your gold away, the prizes are about the same.
