Hi I am unable to log in to the game, I get the status error: could not establish a connection.

They have taken the server down until they can fix the issue where characters are being overridden by NPC information.
More than likely doing to have to do a rollback so didn't want to have it up and people lose data.

I was travelling and back home now.
