Shield

I think the shield skill should have some type of secondary function that scales with mod somehow increasing av or maybe even wv. Something. All the weapon skills increase atk/par as well as being a weapon requirement. Dual wield has the poison. I just feel like raising shield feels bad man.

The logical one would be parry/block to reduce the chance of being hit.
It already increases AV to reduce the damage from the hit.
