I'm in pents and mobs definitely in range of it and it will say things like 2 of 2 hit, when there are about 8 mobs in range. Is it just reporting those that have low enough res to be hit?

Yes, and sometimes it won't even tell you if you can hit them if its incredibly unlikely to hit them.

Yeah , what lazy said, Sometimes it just doesn't report correctly at all and says 2/2 when really you just missed the other 6
