It's an item you give to a lady in the market, repeatable quest gives 50k exp

I didn't even get near the end portal it aged before I got past the last door with 3 haras

Oh yes i remember, i couldn't run both the hammer quest and finish my prison run in time.
Moto made the quest like this intentionally for some reasons
