Server down

Just tried connecting about 2min ago, and got cannot establish connection error. I haven't been online recently, so no idea what could've caused the server crash.

There appears to have been an IP problem in or near Miami that was blocking access.
The game, website, forum and putty all failed.

I contacted Serverpronto and they appear to have fixed it but I do not know what they did.

All appears to be well again.

It appears the the issue was a faulty electrical panel.
