Add compulses to the /who list

It'd be great if we could add comps to the /who list, or in some other way keep track of whether the comp we lost in the pents or somewhere in a quest area is still around keeping us from comping more. And maybe even a way to remotely "transfer" them from somewhere else (without receiving any exp, of course), that way we can move on to another area and keep compulsing if, say, we died in an area that our comps are now hanging out in for the next half-hour and we can't safely make it back to them to transfer normally.
