Pentagram quest naming

I have added names in the pentagram quest so that each section shows the rank.
Whilst the rank is interesting, it is primarily driven by the desire to ensure that all of the pent quest is covered and named properly.
I want to convert the pent solves to be driven by the mapping system rather than a hard coded table.

Once this works it will open up more opportunities to be able to use map driven flags for other purposes that can be dynamically changed.

So...
If you happen to be wandering through the pents, particularly in the corners of rooms, cast a quick /w occasionally to ensure that the pent rank appears. If so then all is well. If not then let me know and I will try to track it down.

Also, one of the doors may not be covered but I do not recall which door. That would also be useful info.

So far, so good as I can see. Now I haven't been ope ing any doors in pents for a while, but Grolm's Lab, wich already shows on map, if I recall correctly. I would guess all pent Seyan shrines were more or less inprented in code to belong to pent sections.
