Dispell on Compulses != curse first

Hey LL,

Since changes (maybe since prior) dispel on Compulses is outa wack.
it doesn't dispel curse/stun first.
Dispels from basic order, so it takes my positive spells off my compulse.

Unless this is how you want it workin!
