Clan /who colors

When you use /who it would be nice if your fellow clan members had a different colored name to differentiate between those who have /showloc on

Clan numbers added.
Clan colours were a dismal failure.
Need to workout how to change colours (fonts) within a text line. It did not work out as I expected.

I think my thought was that with colors it would only show to you and your clan, so identifying information isn't cast out to the world at large so easily. However, I like the implementation that it ended up as since being able to see who is in clans together gives a better sense of how the community is connected.

One thing I would maybe change is edit +X for regular joes to cX while switching leaders to CX or keep what they have now.

It is a little more intuitive and cleaner looking, but either way this was great so thanks.

One more slight tweak - hidden clannies now see their location with a "-".
If you are shown then there is no "+".
