Did yall change the white guardian in LV respawn time?

Are you referring to the poor battered critter who was being farmed and an unhealthy rate for an obscene number of rpots in a very short period of time?

He raised a formal complaint with the Secret Independent Commission for the Abuse of Guardians (SICAG) with respect to blatant discrimination, random abuse and completely undeserved violence against him.
Like all good non accountable commissions, the SICAG met in secret (hence its name) and listened to all the witnesses. Only the White Guardian made a submission, so there was no contrary evidence.
The perpetrators were found guilty and will be imprisoned (permanently and forever) as soon as the DNA test results come in.
Note that there are no DNA samples to compare them to, so, undaunted by this minor detail, the SICAG will arbitrarily and almost randomly decide whom to punish, and those that complain loudest are likely to be seen to be the most likely culprits.

oh nothing, Just gotta find another way to raise alchemy with the many rpots needed. I will help find the culprits and maybe they have extra rpots in exchange for reduced punishment

When did that happen?

It was such a simple system when it was first introduced.
