losing focus

Can we change how "losing focus" works? Losing focus on curse/stuns on mobs in which the skill is too low is fine but losing focus on casting a GC or spelling yourself up? Whyyyyyyyyyy :evil:

I'd be all for just making the chance 1in 40 instead of 1 in 20.
