Random enemies which people have killed elsewhere in the game world are respawning in pents. My alt was just killed by a dreadling warrior in 1st lieutenants after Warr's visit to u3, I'm not sure if it is related to yesterday's change with the death mist.
Maxe also reported seeing an earl swindler in pents and Xena was visited by greenlings while penting so it's not an uncommon occurence.

It appears the random NPCs spawning was caused by changes to the Death Mist that I added in the pents.
This was reversed a couple of days later and the problem should have resolved itself after a day or two (allowing for any rogues to automatically expire).
Hopefully there have been no new sightings.
