Reducing Scroll Clutter - Merging Scrolls

So I was looking at my scrolls in my inventory today and thought....
Why cant I merge my charges?

Example:
I have 2x Ishtar Stun Scrolls, each with 1 charge.

If I could merge them into 1 scroll with 2 charges, would be useful. (Similar to soul-stone merging, but would just transfer charges)

Obviously you would have a limit so you couldn't stack higher then 3 (unless admin wanted to increase the charges)

If it gets the approval of admin I could look into and provide code for changes.

this has been discussed before and i like the idea, with a max of 9 charges per scroll.

9 charges per scroll is ideal. would clear up so much clutter.
