Sprites

hi guys, ive tried all the different clients and different ideas to get new sprites towork on my comp, now i figure ill try this. Is there anyone who uses the AMD gfx card that is running game with new client, who could just send me there whole folder, without .moa files please

Hi Treko,

Just to confirm what I understand of your situation.

You are running a Windows 8 AMD graphics card PC.
You are trying to run the client under dxwnd.

Are you able to run the client in native mode, not under dxwnd?
- Windows XP compatibility mode
- AMD graphics pack.
- Administrator role if that is an issue.

What happens? Do you get into the game at all. Does it run smoothly. Is it stable, even if for a time?

Are you stil able to use the older client?

I do not use dxwnd so I can not advise if that is a problem for you.

The more details you give the greater the chance that someone has had the problem before and worked out how to fix it.

i cant run it without dxwnd it wont run it ive tried running all compatability and ive tried installing every client

i can run the game but im still missing certain sprite packages

If you have the correct Sprite pack, the pnglib.dat file should be about 107 Mb in size.

Did you download the new game client to a clean folder or over the top of the original?

Are you missing actual sprites, I.e. get a missing Sprite message and a ? Sprite on your screen or does it cause the game to crash?

Do you get a message saying you have the wrong version of the client?

yea i got it working finally, thanks for your help LL. i had to make a completely ew folder
