Can't make rings from pieces of gold/silver

Astoner told me that he was getting an invalid item 0 error when he tried to click on silver or gold pieces.

I confirmed this myself when I had time. (my mouse is kind of hard to see though it is black for some reason)

Ok this has been fixed.

Code to trap for gold coins server crashing even got a bit over enthusiastic and has one line out of sequence.
